KM-103; FC-18a; El-24; Gilboy-M-8-18. From the last year of Philip V's reign. Tied for finest graded at PCGS, with a single coin a point finer at NGC. Housed within an old green tag holder. As struck with booming bright luster and a thin translucent coat of milky tone. Choice sharp rims and semi prooflike fields through portions of legends, that when coupled with the amazing detail in the devices produces a coin of incomparable eye appeal. It is difficult to imagine a nicer example exists than what is seen here. PCGS MS-63.
