Although the country of origin is not stated on the medal, it has a hallmark stamped with "MEX" in cursive as part of an eagle's head at 2 o'clock on the obverse edge. Struck to commemorate the first lunar landing by Armstrong, Collins, and Aldrin on Apollo 11, July 20, 1969. ALMOST UNCIRCULATED.
