Struck in limited quantities to test the mint machinery that would later be installed at the Manila Mint. Semi glossy sheen with aquamarine light blue coloration. A razor sharp strike that convincingly suggests the minting equipment passed the test with flying colors. NGC PROOF-64 BN.
