Struck from fresh dies with every last detail transferred from die to planchet, and then meticulously preserved afterward. Fully original surfaces with a mixture of olive, gunmetal blue and deep amber toning bringing the coin to life. A terrific example of the type from late in the reign of Tsar Nicholas I. NGC MS-61 PL.
