Fr-B1; KM-73. Mintage of 21,040 which doesn't sound impressive until one considers that no regular bullion coins were struck in 1986, hence the proofs are the only way to obtain the date. Tied with two other pieces at PCGS for finest graded. A terrific example with deep dark mirrored fields and flawless unbroken frost on the devices and legends. No spots, tone or fog.
