St. Thomas. Toppan, Carpenter & Co. Montreal. A highly rare offering and certainly a note missing in even advanced collections. A cut out cancel at the President signature and some tape backing at the center but otherwise the other flaws are minor. Still strong color of the FIVE protector and nice detail of the farm vignette at top center. PCGS Fine 15 Apparent. Cut-Out Cancelled, Splits, Tears and Edge Damage; Tape Repair on Back.
