A very interesting offering of this 10,000 Dinars 1996 design in that the SCWPM lists the note as having never been issued and known in specimen form only. This note shows fully issued with the serial number NA 8042492 and is certainly a piece that will be carefully watched by collectors. Strangely with a fair amount of circulation which is further puzzling. The only piece known by us and a lot that could prove our estimate conservative. PMG Very Fine 25.
