AUSTRIA. Silver & Bronze Minors, ca. 1848-1964. NGC AU-50 to ICG PROOF-66.
18 pieces in lot. An appealing grouping of mixed certification (NGC, PCGS and mostly ICG) Austrian silver and bronze minors. Highlights include a 1964 25 Schilling in NGC PROOF-65 CAMEO featuring Franz Grillparzer on the obverse with a nine shields reverse. The grouping is evenly split between PROOF and MINT STATE issues with just one exception, a 1936 Madonna of Mariazell 5 Shilling in NGC AU-50. A problem free grouping, with a number of better 19th century issues in high grade that are sure to entice serious collectors of Austrian coinage. Approximate retail value of $950. Inspection advised, SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. NGC AU-50 to ICG PROOF-66.
