An attempted striking of the 25 Cent Ingenuity type (KM-380) struck on a nickel 10 Cent planchet (KM-183). The lower left of the design is imprinted on the flan along with most of the Queen's bust save for the front tip of her crown. Highly lustrous with light peach and blue toning. A nice prize for the error enthusiast. PCGS MS-64.
