GREAT BRITAIN. 1/2 Crown, 1642. Shrewsbury Mint. Charles I (1625-49). PCGS VF-35 Secure Holder.
S-2928; N-2372; cf.Brooker-814. A peculiar variety with a horse with hooves breaking the beaded circle and plume above cloak with a declaration reverse and no apparent mintmarks. Some doubling of obverse but not excessive and elements are clear. Glossy surfaces which have been toned over by attractive deep gray toning. PCGS VF-35 Secure Holder.
