SPAIN. 8 Reales, (1)620-SD. Seville Mint. Philip III (1598-1621). CHOICE EXTREMELY FINE.
KM-37.3; Cal-Type-68#187. Very nice example with choice surfaces. The shield is nearly complete and has a bold denomination to right. The mint mark and assayer's mark are faint but discernible upon close inspection. On the reverse the cross, lions and one castle are quite bold and detailed. The date is also present with three clear digits. Lightly toned with much nice luster and not just in the most protected areas but even in some of the more open spaces. CHOICE EXTREMELY FINE.
Estimate: $350.00- $500.00
