SWEDEN. Daler Plate Money, 1722. Fredrik I (1720-51). VERY FINE.
5 x 5.5 in. KM-PM71; AAH-243; BT-A3. (Tingstrom: 125 examples known including 68 pieces from the Nicobar). Stamps well applied and mostly full. Center stamp is full and complete. Corner stamps are complete save for one which has just a bit of weakness in the upper left quarter, four full dates are present. Some detail in the crowns are lacking and may be due to being applied with worn stamps. A few flecks of hard verdigris is present but only mentioned for accuracy. Shows some slide friction on the highest points and a couple of light edge bumps. Handsome deep brown patina throughout. VERY FINE.
