Group 4, black seal. This important note starts a consecutive run of three high grade examples we are offering and is the finest of that trio. The note also is the single finest PMG has graded as it is the only piece at the 66 EPQ level to have garnered the "Star," designation which implies the note is particularly nice for the grade. We fully agree as the originality is as pleasing as the day the note was printed with deeply embossed overprints. Exceptional centering and a lot that may make our estimate seem conservative.
