CHINA--EMPIRE. Ming Dynasty. 1 Kuan, 1368-99. P-AA10. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent. Splits, Tears, and Minor Damage.
(S/M#T36-20) A pleasing gray mulberry piece that shows largely intact with a nice impression of the design. A few areas of typical thinning and a few holes are noted with the most affected areas being the horizontal fold at center in addition to the far left and right margins. Faded vermillion overprints on the face with back top center stamp being fairly well defined. An eternally popular item that always stands out in any collection. This note was held privately for decades by a prolific collector until the timing of his passing. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent. Splits, Tears, and Minor Damage.

Estimate: $3000.00- $5000.00
