This 20 Yuan design is very underrated and especially so in high grades. This is the finest we have seen or handled with deep blue color at both the primary design and under-printing. Bold serial numbers and signature seals with original paper throughout. A bit of what appears to be residual red ink at the extreme right margin. PCGSBG Choice Uncirculated 63 OPQ.
