(S/M#C282-) Watermarked paper. A design type we seldom handle in issued form with just two other pieces having been offered by us. Certainly a note that will be one of the highlights in this offering of notes from the People's Republic of China. Shown in a larger format than most from the 1948-51 issues, with detailed blue frame with counter at left and building at right. Light green under-prints with red serial numbers and signature seals. Back in green with large "50,000" counters flanking a tractor central vignette. Of the three issued notes we have now handled, this is certainly the finest of that trio with the closest in grade being a PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 Net, PVC Damage piece which we sold for $21,510 as Lot #32152 in our April 2014 Hong Kong sale.
