(S/M#C283-12) Star and wings watermarking. This difficult Three Yuan note is not offered nearly enough to satisfy collector demand and when offered, typically the grade is Fine or worse. This Near Gem note retains exceptional detail of the design at both face and back and would be certainly Gem if not for a light even tone which is also mentioned by PMG in the comments section of the holder. This is the first within the Uncirculated grade range we have offered in several years. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
