This piece is just that with only a single center fold preventing a gem designation as this note is otherwise seen with boardwalk wide margins, and great registration. Vibrant color and originality with security fibers cascading down each side of center. Two printed signatures. According to PMG's population report this is only one of two 58 EPQ's graded by the service with none graded finer.
