This large format Waterlow and Sons printed note shows with a striking layout with deep brown borders and rayed multicolored under-printing. Seen with serial numbers on face and back and plentiful security fibers at center. deeply watermarked paper adds to the appeal and only a few highly minor edge tears and ink at the reverse are mentioned beyond light and even circulation. A masterful back design shows a hillside mansion in strong detail with ornate under-printing at left and right. Currently one of seven pieces PMG has graded for the catalog number with only one graded finer. PMG Very Fine 30.
