Obv: Head of Persephone l. wearing wreath of reeds, pearl necklace, and triple-pendant earring. Rx: Facing head of bull (Minotaur) with labyrinth on either side; to r. and below, ethnic ΚΝΟΣ - [ΙΟΝ] (visible N retrograde); above, NAΓ (N retrograde). From the Brünn Collection, acquired in Italy prior to World War I. Unrecorded reverse type with inscription NAΓ replacing the usual section of labyrinth above the Minotaur's head. The obverse die of this coin had remained in use for a long time and is rather worn. The reverse die had been recently added and is therefore lustrous. Not unusual for Cretan issues VF
