Bare head of the consul Caius Coelius Caldus right; tablet inscribed L • D (Libero : Damno) to left / Radiate head of Sol right; to left, oblong shield ornamented with thunderbolt, to right, round Macedonian shield . Crawford 437/1a; Sydenham 891; Coelia 4; RBW 1549. Near EF, toned, a few minor scratches on obverse. Rare.
