KINGS of MACEDON. Philip III Arrhidaios. 323-317 BC. AR Drachm (17mm, 4.24 g, 1h). Magnesia on the Maeander mint. Struck under Menander or Kleitos, circa 323-319 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; thyrsos to inner right. Price P52. Good VF, lightly toned, thyrsos erased in left field on die (die was originally used to strike Price P51).
