France Banque de France 5 Nouveaux Francs 6.5.1965 Pick 141a. An absolutely fantastic example featuring Victor Hugo. These notes based on the old Francs design but denominated in New Francs after the currency reform were only in circulation for a few years before the name reverted to Francs, with an all new series of notes. Centering is almost perfect on this PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ example.
