French India Banque de l'Indochine 1 Roupie 8.9.1945 Pick 4e Jhunjhunwalla 13.1.7a. An ultra scarce variety on an already scarce type. The 4e examples like this one have been punch cancelled and stamped ANNULE in purple across the face. The Krause reference lists no values in any grade for this variety whatsoever, and we are not aware of any other example having sold publicly. The note itself has a handful of splits and minor rust stains, but the sheer rarity should quell a great deal of the concerns regarding its condition.
