Iran Imperial Bank of Persia 1 Toman ND (1890-1923) Pick 1s Specimen. The Third Party Holder mistakenly notes this as a regular issue, but in fact is a Specimen prepared by Bradbury Wilkinson. This Gem of a note is an absolute rarity, especially considering it was made for a country that had a relatively small economy at the time. Printer's annotations along the bottom border of the face help us to more accurately date this example to 1909. Roulette cancel "SPECIMEN" are seen over both signatures. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
