Malaya Japanese Government $1000 ND (1945) Pick M10s Specimen. A bright red MIHON stamp is seen on this high denomination for Malaya. As these were forcibly exchanged at par with the Malayan Dollar, it would have represented a significant amount of purchasing power. However, as these were subject to heavy printing, they gradually lost value throughout the war until they became valueless at the end of it. PMG About Uncirculated 55.
