Portugal Banco de Portugal 10000 Reis 22.5.1908 Pick 81. A fantastic example denominated in Reis, which was in circulation until 1911, when the Escudo replaced it at a rate of 1 Escudo = 1 Real. Collectors will note that this design was also used for issues for the Azores. Colors remain bright on the stainless paper. PMG Extremely Fine 40 Net, repaired.
