Venezuela Banco Comercial de Maracaibo 10 Bolivares ND (1929) Pick S176p Face and Back Proofs. Sharp embossing remains on both sides of this colorful example. A rainbow of colors are seen on this underprint, not unlike that of ABNC "10" Test Notes prepared around the same time. The face and small back proofs are PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ while the larger back proof grades in at Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. From The Marcos Urrutia Collection, Part II
