Venezuela Banco de Maracaibo 20 Bolivares ND (ca. 1882) Pick S190p Face and Back Proofs. An early design from a bank that had just 320,000 Bolivares in capital. This design is one of only a few to be executed in an "older" style that did not emphasize too much heavy lines in its intaglio designs. 4 POCs are seen on the face in the signature area. The face is PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ, and the back is PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. From The Marcos Urrutia Collection, Part II
