Venezuela Banco de Maracaibo 40 ND (1917) Pick S219pp Face and Back Progressive Proofs. While not stated on the Third Party Holder, the back of this example can also be considered a progressive proof, as the issued note had all intaglio features printed in green. This example with all steel plate designs executed in black was used to test the plates which was probably just completed.
