Venezuela Banco de Maracaibo 20 Bolivares ND (ca. 1926) Pick S227p Face and Back Proofs. A distinctively 19th century design is seen on this brightly colored design. This may be the one of very few examples where the intaglio vignettes from a previous century is combined with the modern polychrome underprint, resulting in a very attractive combination. The face is PMG Uncirculated 62 Net, tear and the back is PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. From The Marcos Urrutia Collection, Part II
