Venezuela Banco de Venezuela 40 Bolivares ND (ca. 1890) Pick S262p Face and Back Proofs. A melding of green and yellow underprinting is seen on this smaller denomination. As this bank was one of the largest, they spared no cost in designing this very ornate design. 8 POCs are seen in the signature area on the face.
