Venezuela Banco de Venezuela 20 Bolivares ND (1930-38) Pick S311p Face and Back Proofs. A multitude of colors are seen on this later design for the bank. These were among the last notes issued before issuing rights were transferred to the central bank. The face is PMG Choice Uncirculated 64, and the back is PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.
