Afghanistan Bank of Afghanistan 20 Afghanis ND (1939) Pick 24a. The 20 Afghanis note is the rarest denomination of the series, with possibly the exception of the 1000 Afghanis issue. A couple of years ago, we sold a Choice Extremely Fine 45 EPQ example for $3,407. This well circulated PMG Good 6 Net note with significant edge roughness and repairs should bring a bit less.
