Unlisted in either Campbell or Feller, this appears to be a bread ration card for the months of May and June, 1942 for a "Concentration Camp" located in Mongrassano, Italy. The card is fully issued and has reinforcements of both the left and right margins which have some handling as well as a short tear in the bottom center margin. Fine and rare.
