Russia P. O. W. Camp - Irkntsk (Zairkutnyj gorodok) 1/2 Rubel; 1 Rubel ND (1919) Campbell 6911; 6912 Russia P. O. W. Camp - Unknown Location 1 Rubel 1919 UNL. The 1/2 Rubel and dark green 1 Rubel notes were used in a POW camp at Irkntsk ca. 1919. The complete identification of the red and black 1 Rubel note is problematic and needs further study. The two Irkntsk notes grade Fine and Very Fine while the unidentified note grades Good with a split and punch cancel that have been reinforced in addition to a second punch hole that has not been reinforced.
