Facing half-length bust of Christ Pantocrator, with cruciform nimbus, raising right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels in left arm / Crowned facing busts of Constantine, wearing loros, and Romanus, wearing chlamys pinned at right shoulder, holding patriarchal cross between them. Sear 1751. DOC 15. With a majestic bust of Christ! Struck on a broad flan, with lovely light orange toning. Very faint graffito, otherwise a flawless specimen. NGC Choice AU 5/5 - 3/5, light graffito.
