Republic gold Proof 20 Pesos 1968 PR66 Cameo NGC, KM-PnA84. This design was not struck in 1968 as a business strike. However this type was stuck in 1970, essentially this is a pattern, and not an "off metal" strike as described by NGC. Only specimen graded at NGC as well.
