Augustus, with Agrippa. AE As (13.23 g), 27 BC-AD 14 EF. Nemausus in Gaul, 16-10 BC. IMP above, DIVI F below, P P across field, heads of Agrippa, wearing combined rostral crown and laurel wreath, and Augustus, laureate, back to back. Reverse: COL NEM across field, crocodile right, chained to palm with wreath at top; two palm branches at base. RIC 160; RPC 525. Lovely glossy dark brown patina. Adjustment marks across the obverse as usual. Nonetheless, among the finest we have seen. Extremely Fine. Estimated Value $2,000 - 2,500
