Prid-104, large crown, GR above, BOMB below / the Company motto & date, lighly porous surfaces, Fine to VF, ex Paul Stevens Collection. In 1728, the old tin coins, almost always dated 1717, were presumably withdrawn and replaced by the copper coins, dated 1728-1739 (and 1749, perhaps an engraver's error), after which they were replaced by the tutanag coinage commencing in 1741.
