L AVREL COMM-ODVS AVG TR P III, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust left / VIRTVS AVG IMP II COS P P, Virtus standing left, holding crowning Victory and spear. Unpublished in the standard references. Near VF, green patina.

The lack of "S C" on the reverse suggests this is a medallic issue, rather than a sestertius.
