Confederation Specimen Franc 1916-B SP63 PCGS, Bern mint, KM24, HMZ-21204y. This is the only specimen graded by either PCGS or NGC. In addition we cannot find a single recorded sale of this date in specimen quality. Despite the grade on the holder the mirror like fields are lightly toned in a mottled pattern and the raised features are frosty to the naked eye. An alluring rarity possibly unique that we probably won't be offering again anytime soon.
