BOMBAY PRESIDENCY: tutenag 2 pice (32.18g), Bombay, ND, Stv-2.134, KM-157. Prid-240, superb bold strike, only a minor spot of porosity, NGC graded MS61, R, ex Paul Stevens Collection. Issues dated 1717-1718 are of tin, but from 1740 to 1771 the alloy was changed to one called tutenag (tutenague), which was mostly zinc, imported by the East India Company from China.
