VOLGA BULGAR: Mu'min b. al-Hasan, fl. 970-986, AR dirham (3.86g), Bulghar, AH366, A-R1481, Zeno-69193 (this coin), citing the caliph al-Muti', edge split, margins partly flat, fine style, VF, RRR. Mu'min b. al-Hasan is one of the rarest rulers of the Volka Bulgars. His coins are invariably dated AH366, but were probably struck for some time without altering the date. All his types are extremely rare, and none have appeared on CoinArchives, and just three examples are on Zeno, all of different types.
