Good fine, rare.
This coin has flipped during striking, leaving traces of the first two lines of inscription as well as the palm branch and abbreviated month name ΓOP respectively on king's shoulder and neck. Part of the obverse design is also discernible on the reverse between 6-7 o'clock.
