ANCIENT COINS, THE DAVID SELLWOOD COLLECTION OF PARTHIAN COINS (PART FOUR), Arsaces XVI (78/7-62/1 BC), Silver Drachms (6), diademed and short bearded bust left, pellet ended spiral torque, rev archer enthroned right, five line inscription ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΜΕΓΑΛΟY ΑΡΣΑΚΟY ΘΕΟΠΑΤΟΡΟΣ ΕYΕΡΓΕΤΟY (S 30.14 (Unknown King II, Ecbatana), 30.16 (Rhagae), 30.16 var (diadem as solid line, Rhagae) (2), 30.26 var (reverse die cut by a peripatetic engraver at Margiane, see lots 380 and 381). Generally good fine to very fine, some scarce varieties. (6)
