ANCIENT COINS, ANCIENT BRITISH, Celtic Silver and Base Metal, Corieltauvi, Silver Unit, 1.51g, late 1st Century BC, boar right, two rings above, no S below, rev horse left with vertical tail, annulet within beaded ring above, pellet within ring below (cf ABC 1782; VA 855-7; S 396); another, 1.41g, late 1st Century BC, boar right without 'spear', pellet in ring to right, traces of large crescents above, rev horse left, leaf-shaped tail, two pellets in ring and crescent above (ABC 1785; VA 864-1; S 396). Nearly very fine and toned, very fine. (2)
