Private Sydney John Moss attested at Chatham on 9 September 1914, a painter from Hornsey by trade. He served in The Dardanelles 8 May 1915 to 10 May 1916, being wounded by a shrapnel bullet in the right foot on 20 October 1915, and in France from 20 May 1916 to 21 August 1916. He was discharged 1 April 1920 "Service No Longer Required his Character being recorded as "Indifferent"". Sold with copied service papers.
