Salmon, comprising British War and Victory Medals 1914-1920 (20718 Pte C.S. Salmon. Norf.R.); and A Great War Royal Navy Pair, awarded to Boy 1st Class J.T. Rumble, comprising British War and Victory Medals 1914-1920 (J.91862 J.T. Rumble. Boy. 1. R.N.). Both toned, first good, second very fine. (4)
Boy 1st Class James Thomas Rumble joined the Royal Navy on a 12-year engagement on 22 July 1918, he served aboard HMS Powerful, Bellerphon, Pembroke and Wallington. He was discharged from the Royal Navy on 28 November 1919. Medals in packets and box of issue with postal envelope, his original "Certificate of Service" which confirms the award of his British War and Victory Medals, his original Passport containing his portrait photograph and original French Carte D'Identite.
