† William III, guinea, 1698, second laur. bust r., rev. crowned cruciform shields, sceptres in angles, large lettering and date (S.3462), certified and graded by NGC as Mint State 63, with most pleasing satiny lustre and exceptionally fine surfaces, very rare in this wonderful condition
One of the finest extant examples of this date, and only one other example graded MS63 by NGC. (£5500-6500)
